Buyers do not pay any commissions! When it's time to make an offer on a property you can bet I have the experience and negotiating skills to get you the lowest possible price. I will lead you through the purchase process and fully explain all of the documents you are signing. I will be there with you when you sign loan docs at close of escrow.
